Our prices

Because we are independent and can cut out the middle man we can provide packs for £249 for freehold properties.  This price includes all the necessary documents including the Energy Performance Certificate. See Online Shop page for other types of property.

Who carries out the assessment?

The EPC is provided by our fully qualified and experienced Domestic Energy Assessors (DEA) who are fully insured and accredited. A DEA will visit your property and collect information which will be used to produce the EPC. For more information on EPCs see EPC's Explained.
